    450 blower question

A couple years ago, I had the same question, except on my 1650, and digger told me the same thing. I saw his point about hp, but decided to try it out anyways. I should've just listened to him and saved myself some work. My 16hp kohler didn't have the ponies to spin that blower in 6 inches of...

    Hello Forum

Here's the info we could find. Looks like the tractor is a cub 147. Hope this info helps you, or you at least find it interesting.

    Hello Forum

I just can't get away from work. I'm a field service tech for Vermeer Wisconsin. I was just down at the factory back in late February, and yes, they call it the vermeer mile. It's not one mile long building, but it appears as such when driving past. I'll send this thread to a friend I work with...

    1973 Cub Cadet 128 - New Owner

The 1650 is built like a mack truck as well! The newer xt2, not so much. But for the price, American made with the kawi engine, it'll last me a while. At least until the next body style comes out! 😂

    1973 Cub Cadet 128 - New Owner

That xt3 blower is an absolute animal. A foot of average u.p. Michigan snow, I just bury the go pedal to the floor and let her eat! Blows the snow an insane distance. I just wish it was built with thicker steel for the housings. I haven't bent anything yet, or have a complaint from the...

Don't worry, you're not the only one that likes the new cubs as well.

I would like to know where the fuse is located

here is the wiring diagram for the xt3 series tractor. Your deck lift fuse is at the bottom of the page left of centre. You'll see it's an orange wire. Now that you have the info of where it's at in the circuit, it's just a matter of following that wire on the machine, to the fuse. The bigger...

New Member-Hoping to give away a vintage Cub Cadet to someone who would appreciate it.

Curt, if the deal falls through with Ron, I'd love to have second shot at it! I'm in the U.P. so I'm fairly local as well.

    New whacker reco’s

I personally prefer the echo straight shaft. The township around here has 6 of them, the $200 or so ones from home depot. They swear by them. Those guys say they just start and run. Not to mention the speed feed head is the best I've ever used. Literally 2 minutes to reload the line. The only...

    IH memorabilia

My dad came over today and said "I got something for ya" and he pulled this out of his pocket. He said they got them for a safety award, or something like that. I remember seeing them at my grandpa house, and we had them on our end table in the living room when I was a kid. Pretty cool i think.

    Can't tell what this is

Thanks for identifying it for me. I'm in the Cincinnati area for work and figured I might take it home and give her some love. But after researching the 73, I'm gonna pass on this one. There is a literal boat load of cubs down here for sale! I'm not used to seeing this many, maybe a good 100...
