    M18 hot

While I screw around fixing the hack job of wiring on my 1872, I decided to fire it up and take the little guy for a ride up and down the street in a cart. Figured it hadn't run in over 2 months, best run it a little bit. While trying to start it, I found the tank completely empty. So now I have...

Nice!...feels home-y just looking at the pics. (y)😎(y) Although, I spent some time in Illinois and I wouldn't be able to do it...I need my rolling mountains to break up the view of the flat nothing. 😛

    Quitline tip

Maybe I'm late to the game but, I found out today (out of necessity) that you can use a 5/8" deck pulley from the newer model 38, 44 and 50C decks, with a 1/2 x 78" belt on the Quietlines that use 3/8" belts and it works fantastic. I'd planned on using my 1872 to mow but just found out the PTO...

    Score!

Anyone looking for a 124 and a 149 for cheap, both listed in my area for $200. According to the post, that'd be for both... Though, it could be each and still be a pretty decent deal.

How Difficult to Replace Wiring Harness

This. I redid my 100 using rolls of wire the same way. Masking tape and a sharpie. Even if you don't know what is what, just mark the end of the wire with a number, then mark what you took it off with the same number (or draw a little picture and mark that). It's pretty simple and I did mine in...

    Funny Ads

Little overkill on the shocks and springs?...I'd expect that tubing to give way before overloading of half of those... But actually, pretty cool to pull kids around. 👍😎👍

1330 only runs on gas poured down carb

Yes, that ethanol can wreak havoc if left sitting for awhile. I still use regular gas in mine, but I also use it year round... Mowing from spring to fall, snow duty in the winter.

    Decks

Yes, I usually resort to a screwdriver but I scrounged up a set of snap ring pliers from a tool set given to me because of the location and (heaven forbid, we use a collar bolt and washer or even an access hole in the frame) and proceeded to remove said snap ring to the very end of the shaft, to...
