    Thank you DFrisk. The 181 crank in the 161 motor did the trick. Once I ordered the correct rod for the 181 crank, everything went together to spec.

    Hi, New to this site. I have a model 70 with a K161S motor, circa. 1963. I need a history lesson. The motor blew up about 10 years ago. Now rebuilding it. It has a 2 7/8 bore and a 2 3/4 stroke.
