    1811 slung a rod

Can you tell me how many hours is on the engine. I am curious cuz I have an 1811 with 1753 hours and I changed the oil over to full synthetic 3 years ago, working great so far. I bought this new in 1990. They are a hell of a tractor. Tom

    1823 Carburetor

I would advise against the $20.00 carb you seen on E--Bay. I bought one of those and was out mowing and the engine started to smell funny, hot, or just different. So I shut it down and was checking it out, I pulled the dipstick and the oil came the whole way to the top, it filled the engine with...

    Please help !

I have a Cub Cadet Z-Force 50 Zero Turn mower. It is jerking badly at low speeds, it is fine at high speed. I have changed the cavitation dampeners (also know as the "return to neutral cylinders) and it did not help at all! It also does not do this in reverse. I am wondering if anyone out there...

    For free

Yes that is the piece that is bent. I really don't care about trying to fix this as I have another one. I tried to have it fixed and the guy just made it worse, so I got the other plow really cheap. But if anybody wants this plow they are welcome to it for free as I said.before.

No, I actually bent the piece between the plow and the mount to the tractor. It is a n "A" shaped heavy piece of metal, I couldn't believe that it actually bent.

Hi Guys, I have a snowplow for the wide frame tractors, I used to have this on my 1811 Cub. Well I was plowing some pretty deep snow one time and I hit the edge on a barnstone on the edge of my driveway cuz it was covered with snow, it bent the thing and I tired to have it fixed by someone who...

    Kohler M18S engine

Hello guys, Again I need to ask any of you guys that has any knowledge of the M18S Kohler engine about my starter. This works okay, but it really bangs in hard and it make a strange noise, which I cannot define, when I let off the key after starting. I mean the starter runs ok, it just makes a...

Gas in oil in kohler magnum 18hp

I have a 1811 with the M18S Kohler engine. The carb was giving me a lot of trouble and so I bought a new one from the internet (made in China) for $17, it was a waste of money! It filled my engine with gasoline and I am lucky I didn't blow it up. I bought a good one from "Isavetractors.com...

    Kohler M18S engine

I keep the tire pressure harder than I should because of this hard steering. The tires are nice and round on the surface, they are the exact type of tire that came on this tractor new, I replaced them once due to dry rot. and I always grease the axle ends too, as someone ask. I do not have the...

    Kohler M18S engine

Hi, yes I roll the rubber back on the tie rod ends and squirt 40 wgt. motor oil in them and I do this frequently. I do it to all of them and I know if I jack it up it turns easily, this doesn't make sense to me !? I have always performed good maintenance on all of my equipment. But this...
