I have a 149 that does wheel stands when told to slowly move forward. Is there a pressure adjustment for the hydro? If so what should the pressure be and where do you adjust it?

Read through the links pertaining to 'trunnion' and 'hydro adjustment'. The issue is mechanical linkage.
In wh cc guy's case, most likely and I agree, he should go through all of the checks. But that may not necessarily be the case. I have a 1650 that was very jerky and I have gone through all the aforementioned checks. Trunnion was in great shape but I tacked the corners anyway and dressed with a file to get nice sharp corners. Linkages are all free and in good shape, that is no loose links or binding. The only way I could get it to be less jerky was to replace the springs with old worn out springs and even then, it's still jerky. I have not checked the pressure but that is the last thing on my list.

The charge pump and implement relief pressures are adjusted via shim washers in their respective relief valves. This is not something that would normally change or be wrong unless someone was in there screwing with it, which IMO is fairly unlikely. Not is that something that should make the operation jerky. All the specs for that are in the service manual.

Wear in the cam plate slot and the pin that interfaces with it could cause this as well. Not sure if that is mentioned in any of the FAQ links.
