    I just took The flywheel off my k301 and it was a bear! I soaked in PB Blaster and when it popped…it POPPED off. Now I’m trying to get the pulley off the front without bending it and I’m having no luck. Any suggestions?

    Yeah, it was that arm. I had it upside down. I took a picture of it when I disassembled it 3 years ago (upside down). Once I looked at the diagram it was obvious. Thanks guys I appreciate your help.

    It won’t engage at all. I gave it a couple of squirts of lube yesterday and let it sit overnight. Maybe it will be loose today. I’m about to go tinker with it. It worked fine before I disassembled the whole tractor. We’ soon find out.

    Yeah, that was my first thought. It’s stuck. I’ll ponder over tonight and give it a fresh look tomorrow. The only thing I did to the transmission was to drain and replace the oil. It was pretty dirty.
